Kid Scene

Hospice of North Central Ohio offers Kidscene, a week long day camp for children who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling or loved one. Kidscene, which is held at Camp Mowana, is for children ages 6 - 12 who have completed kindergarten through sixth grade.

Specially trained counselors engage the children in fun and therapeutic activities such as arts and crafts, music and games, and swimming and hiking. Quiet moments are enjoyed as well, sharing and working in special memory books. There is no cost to attend camp thanks to generous grants and donations.
